FLXIT was founded by senior FEC operators who got tired of selling work they wouldn't sign off on themselves. We're a boutique — and we plan to stay one.
Our story
Built by practitioners, for practitioners.
FLXIT brings together former MLROs, FEC investigators, model-risk specialists and product engineers. We have run AML programs at tier-1 banks, scaled FEC at fast-growing fintechs, and led look-back remediations under regulator timelines.
We started FLXIT to do consulting differently: senior people only, no scope creep, and tooling that actually works. That last part became IQ — the compliance operations platform we use on every engagement.
Today, FLXIT advises and operates alongside banks, crypto firms, payment institutions and iGaming operators across Europe.
